An agreed-upon percentage of their first year's base salary with a 30-day A/R & a 90-day guarantee

All recruiting services are covered with a 100% full refund or replacement if the candidate doesn’t work out past the first 90 days.
Referral Bonus
If a candidate comes to us as a referral, we will pay the $2,000 referral fee (no additional fee to you)
We are 100% remote
Without office space fees to pass onto our clients. Our recruiting team is geographically dispersed across the US. We can work within your timezone or meet your candidates scheduling needs.
Retained Recruiting
An agreed-upon hourly rate. We do require a 25% retainer fee upfront. This is an excellent choice for companies trying to fill multiple roles. We can bill Monthly or within your terms.
Lead Generation
We'll provide all the contact info we can find through multiple databases.
