Standard Contingency Recruiting Agreement Terms
A percentage of the placed Salesperson’s first year’s base salary with a 90-day guarantee
15% discount if the company is less than two years old / 10% discount if veteran-owned business
10% discount on each additional seat filled after the initial placement is fulfilled
We are willing to entertain custom / company-specific terms.
Some of what we’ll do for you:
A job listing on LinkedIn and multiple other relevant job boards
Social media posts, advertising your opening(s) & Company
We’ll send your job(s) out to our network of contingency Recruiters (multiple 👀’s working to find candidates)
You’re assigned Recruiter will source various databases for candidates, not just LinkedIn
Your opening will be sent to our current candidates and referral network (we pay the referral fee - no extra charge to you
1st Step - We’ll schedule a call or video chat with one of our Recruiters to discuss your role(s), ideal candidates, timeframe, etc.
Next - We’ll improve (or compose) your job description to attract the ideal candidate; we’ll also develop/improve some initial screening questions
3rd Step - you’ll approve the improved job description, initial screening questions, and social media content that we’ll publish
Our Recruiters and in-house staff will source/filter candidates and conduct “intakes” to further screen relevant candidates
You'll receive fully vetted candidates a few days after your initial downpayment. You will not receive dozens of possible matches but finely selected, relevant candidates.
We can schedule the candidate and Hiring Manager interviews if you wish, or we can leave the process to you.
Your assigned recruiter will maintain open communications with all parties to ensure transparency throughout the hiring process.
After a few interviews, we can help with the contract/salary negotiations.
Once a start date has been established, we can help with further onboarding, check-ins, or whatever you need to facilitate a smooth onboarding.
Guarantee
If within NINETY (90) days of the Referred Candidate’s first day of employment, the Referred Candidate is terminated (except if the position is eliminated for any reason or there is insufficient work for the candidate) or resigns from employment for any reason MySalesRecruiter.co shall refund the Contingency Fee. A 100% refund if their position is eliminated within the first 30 days. A 66% refund if their position is eliminated within the first 60 days. A 33% refund if their position is eliminated within the first 90 days. The refund claim will not be honored if the fees are not paid in full by 90 days.
