Their Interview Process:

  1. After the initial call with me, I will send your resume to their internal Hiring Manager. If approved, he will send you two personality tests. They use these to determine if you bring the base skills and personality to fit with their team and their potential customers.

  2. You’ll meet with the local hiring manager to see if the personality tests are approved.

  3. The following interview will be with the local team; they want to ensure synergy among the team.

  4. The following interview will be with the local hiring manager and one of the regional senior leaders.

  5. If these levels are passed, you’ll either fly or do a video sales presentation to the leadership in Minneapolis.

  6. Once that is accomplished, one more meeting will be held with the local hiring manager. After this, they will make an offer if they want you to join the team.
