We screen the candidates

  • We’ll screen all applicants to ensure that you’re only receiving relevant resumes
  • Our recruiters will screen all applicants and resumes and only send relevant candidates; we will also perform an initial interview with all applicants
  • We’ll provide a dashboard to all applicants explaining their status

 

You review the candidates

We will send you screened, qualified candidates for your review.

We’ll schedule the interviews

We will set up interviews for you for all the candidates you think are a match

An offer is made

Your dedicated headhunter will work with you to negotiate the employment offer and start dates

  • If a candidate comes to us as a referral, we will pay the $2000 referral fee (no additional fee to you)

 

You make a successful hire

  • The placement fee is due 30 days after their first day

The fine print

  • A 10% late fee will be assessed if the company has not paid their invoice in full by 90 days after a candidate’s first day. 
  • We stand behind our candidates with a 100% refund if their position is eliminated within the first 30 days; a 66% refund if their position is eliminated within 31-60 days; a 33% refund if they are terminated within 61-90 days.
